How can you block attacks, with a shield?
Not easily… You’ll need a blocking animation, along with a way to trigger that animation based on the other character’s attack, meaning you’ll need to know in code when the enemy is attacking to raise the shield at the right time.
This will likely be in the middle of the character’s own attack animation…
I don’t have an immediate anwer on this one, I’ll have to add it to my “things to consider” list.
