Recomendation: if you arent happy with your result, do it again from zero, it will take you less time and it will look better, repeat until you are happy with it, it took me a lot of practicing

He/She is using a facial mask. Nice smoothness, great!
i just used the shade smooth thing, for sculpting, its excelent, because you dont have to be with the smooth tool wich can accidentally make you loose details
Edit: later im going to add the skin details, probably in the node editor
