I am asking this because upgrading it part of the normal process linked to fix the commonly reported issues about VSC being unable to extract methods. It says be sure to upgrade code, but it does not say how. I figured selecting the option of 2.0.22 would trigger an automatic download, since Unity clearly knows it exists, but it does not. Moreover, searching the web for it only seems to yield documentation, not the file in itself.
Usually, when installing the Unity Editor, the Visual Studio Community Edition is marked to be installed as well. If you did not uncheck this option, it should be installed already.
