How do I open the menu?

Please tell me how to open the Move menu, it should be on the left from the bottom, but I don’t find it (I’m new to this business) I need to enable Project Individual Elements there.

This can be done by Blender itself, via the ‘Window’ menu bar top left-hand side.
On that menu dropdown is ‘save screenshot’ .
