Hello, I’m having trouble finding information regarding to the subject of fixing the distortion of ankles bending unaturally when I play a game called Sinespace, some of the animations in the game cause the ankles to bend unaturally, I’m looking to create something to lock the ankles in place - similar to what second life sells on their marketplace, I am a creator in sinespace and I’m looking to create a built-in component for my shoes so that they will not bend backwards, I currently create with blend and I use unity to upload items, any advice would be most appreciated.

You could try the GameDev Discord there may be someone with such knowledge. It sounds like a problem between Unity and the game.

I think you need to study (using Blender) how meshes are deformed and the tools involved.
It’s totally not something like press here and do this.
You also need to understand how Sinespace internally works with provided meshes.
My best guess is that ankles are not part of the main goal to render that kind of detail.
And therefore part of the complete feet and or leg.
It also starts at the mesh. Here are some solutions of proper mesh deformation solutions.
The main point is to increase information points (vertices) and keep loops.
