How can i get rid of the pinch in the middle?

Hey so im following what hes doing and no matter what I do, I cant seem to get rid of the pinch in the middle, I don’t know if its because they’re too close or if I beveled too much and I don’t really know how to fix it

Its difficult to say without actually seeing geometry. Snap shot with mesh would be helpful.

Ive tried to recreate the problem. Ive made the same geometry and it isnt the issue for me. No idea

Go figure.
Have you tried looking for doubles?

You don’t have quad faces in the middle.
A quad face has only four vertices.

use knife tools. Or select the two vertices UP and DOWN, press j.

If you look closely at your wireframe first post, you will see an internal face joining the two holes, it needed deleting.

FedPete’s topology correction is also important.

Well done just redoing it and solving some of it!
