I would say the first way would to post this in the Unreal section instead in the Unity section.

I’ve just moved this thread from the Unity subforum to the Unreal subforum.
That should already be setup with the workspace. Just go to the VS Code debug menu (Ctrl + Shift + D) and select the appropriate config to launch.
Can you give me a tutorial for doing configuring?
