Horn bake problem

Hi, when I try to bake the horn into the orc norms its not happening to me, its not changing any of the orc norms.

Have you checked the normals are the right way round on both HP and LP?

Every face has a normal, which is basically the good (visible) side of the face. Which must be pointing outwards (normal) of the object.

Red is wrong, blue is correct. Use shift n in edit mode.
