I noticed that if you delete the horizontal scroll bar first Then uncheck the horizontal view in the scroll view section. You will not have to reset the vertical scroll bar. You will only have to stretch it to fill the gap at the bottom. It avoids the bug you showed in the video forcing you to reset.
