Hop animation problems [SOLVED]

When I tried creating a new animation clip this time for the new seperate fire state the hop would glitch and seem to act as separate simultanously running animations overlayed making the gnome jump out to the side when he fired
I created new clip BUT i’ve just realize I dragged the hop sprites into the animation sequence and when
I created the animation the originial way by adding a curve, going into the body, sprite renderer, sprite THEN dragging the clips in it fixed it…

just in case anyone else has this problem in the future…
IT did however make an interesting effect that may be useful somewhere
