Holes in Mesh

I reshaped the head a bit to make this character look like Elvis Twin, but in doing so ran into some issues when I remeshed. The details of the eyes seem a bit…blobby, also when I remeshed there are now tears or holes in the ear as you can see in the close up. Is this something that is taken care of during retopo like the webbing issue or do I need to address this before moving onto the clothing section of the class?

Unlikely to be holes or it would remesh horribly.
It is probably a few verts passed through the back as the area is thin.
I would go to edit mode and move a few verts by hand. If there is a hole also filling it.
