Hy, i wonder if there is a way to lower cpu ussage in VScode, c/c++ addon takes at least 20% of my cpu ussage. I have a 9th gen intel Core i5
Hi, Well you do not have a option as such but you have it from me. Could you just show your VS Code Screen?
I mean the C/C++ addon for VSCode by itself takes high cpu ussage, even with no code open.
If I disable it cpu ussage drops significantly.
is there a way to keep it anabled and working without taking too much cpu ussage?
No its a necessary extension for VS Code to work properly
Yes! You cannnot do anythiing but you have two options, load it into pendrive or harddrive or buy a new laptop or Desktop with lot of storage capacity
