I still love these eyes and face!
The hammer is a great add-on.
The shield looks too sophisticated for an Orc.
He doesn’t need protection.
He even hasn’t any protective clothes …

I suppose he could’ve taken the shield from a fallen warrior (I assume you meant the style when you said sophisticated). I agree though, amazing orc!
