Here are my houses

So here are my houses, rendered with Eevee. I wasn’t able to render it with cycles there was something wrong if I to switch to cycles, I constantly had to kill blender.

Did you use the subdivision modifier (a lot)?
Or displacement with a lot of subdivisions?

How many faces, vertices are in use?

I did not used too many subdivisions. One of the plaster materials included an Ambient Occlusion node in the material. That caused the issue because the calculation of that initially take a long time. But I ticked the use local only and reduce the distance and in this way this calculation was faster.
