Help with the UI Canvas

Hello!

I have a little problem. As I was watching lecture no. 20 on the UI Canvas, I realized that when I right-click on the hierarchy section in unity, I don’t have the UI option on the pop-up menu. I tried to re-install unity (the version I’m using right now is 2018.4.19f1), but still, there is no UI option. What do I do?

I’m wondering if the UI is not installed. Please go to Window > Package Manager and look for UI.

If you cannot find it, don’t waste your time looking for the problem. Uninstall Unity and install a newer stable version.

Please update to a newer stable version of Unity. Maybe 2019.3.

Also please feel free to ask our helpful community of students for advice in our official Discord chat. Maybe someone else had the same problem and was able to fix it.
