[HELP] weapon grip varies through animation with 2 handed weapons

I’m currently trying to get my character Spud… half orc barbarian… to have a great axe his weapon…
got the weapon grip set up to the best of my abilities… been struggling for a while to find that exact right spot so it will look good in any of the 2Hand Axe animations but theres always spots where it looks bad and his left hand isn’t quite on there properly…

is inverse kinematics something im going to need to resolve this? or is there a dummy solution that i’m somehow missing…
