I have this problem when make new materials. Sometimes it looks like this
and sometimes like that
or like that
Can somebody tell me what i’m doing wrong ? Why sometimes it’s showing the BSDF and other times not ? Till now i manage somehow no matter how it shows up, but now i can’t do the node things if it doesn’t look the like the first picture…
It looks to me like you are switching between blender render and cycles. You cant use nodes in blender render only in cycles. Try switching to cycles and see if that works. Then select use nodes and open a window with node editor. Hopefully that will help.
