I starter the lesson 15: Block Female, but when I try to add block female reference images to Blockman project by dragging from file, the image does not show for some reason. When I make a new project and add a reference image by dragging, the image appears normally. What could be the problem?
I have had that problem and it took me ages to discover what made the difference. I found I need to deselect everything (Alt A) in the 3D view and then images drag and drop. I had been wondering if there was some lag or loading delay etc. I do find it helps to wait till the little + icon is on the cursor before letting go if it is not there immediately.

I deselected everything and it shows the + -sign, but the image does not appear, and it´s not shown as an object in scene collection list either.
Oh, I was in EDIT MODE :D!

I literally double checked by doing it before posting. That works. I had one try when it did not, but just trying again did. Without doing a thing differently. Which may be this ‘lag’ issue I referred to.
I assume you were in object mode?
Might help not to have any other windows open except the file browser and Blender.
Alternatively you can just Add the ‘reference image’ from the Add menu, and it takes you straight to a file browser option to select an image and click Load reference image. You do not have to use drag and drop.
