HeistMeisters TileSet collision in Godot 3.1.1

It seems that I just can not get it to work. No matter what I have tried so far, the player keeps going through (under) the walls. Does anyone have a solution?

I realize this is a little late and i hope you managed to find a solution.

For others trying this pre update to the course i have included a download to my working version of heistmasters in 3.1, The UI may be jankey and i used a you tube tilemap video to get around it and managed to work it out
