So, after spending ridiculous amount of hours trying to get the ear attached right. I come with 2 version of ear, which i’m still unsure to choose.
The first one is this,the ear kind of just attached like a headphone.
And the second one which i spent 4 hours+ just to get the shape right 
, the ear are merged with the head
Although i like the look of the second one, it really has a bad topology and a couple of n-gon and tris, while the first one, it has better topology, still has a 2 or 3 n-gon but in the obscured location. So with these factor in mind, i think i will stick to the first one.
