Having problems creating a project

I downloaded UE4 version 4.10.4 and when i create a project the same way as shown in the video i get this error

i Have created a project a different version of UE4 Version 4.14.3

Version 4.12.5 is the lowest version of UE4 that will work with Visual Studio 2015 Update 3.
