Hello Guys i am having a problem when i apply boolean modifier, the color of the object turns funny, i have been trying to solve this issue for a day. Can any one help me Thank you 
you can see the colors turned dark grey on the sides
im not quite sure… have you selected the faces and flip the normals? that may work.
i am having the same problem weird arm colors and strange artifact in the stem , anyone has an idea of what is going on
i fiexed it at last by checking the normals from the start everything works okey now thank you
