Hardware upgrade: RAM or SSD

Hi Everyone!

I am about to upgrade my computer to make Unreal work nicely.
And here is my question, what do you think?
Is it better to upgrade RAM from 8GB(2x4GB) to 16GB (1x16GB)?
Or is it more efficient to buy another SSD (about 500GB connected via Ultrabay) and install UE4 on it?
Hint: Ultrabay - now I have there CDROM, can be changed to another SATA III interface or another graphics card.

Here is my general specification:
Lenovo Y510p.
CPU: Intel i7 4700MQ (4x2.4GHz)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT755M
RAM: 8GB (2x4GB)
ROM: 128GB SSD ( Windows + Visual Studio ), 1TB ( UE4, and all other stuff… )

Resource usage during UE4 compilation is about:
RAM: 70-80 %
HDD usage: 100%. (It’s where UE4 is installed).

Where is that primary bottleneck? HDD transfer speed? Or not enough RAM.

What’s your computer specification? Are you running UE4 installed on HDD or SSD?
Thanks for any response.
Peace!
