Wasn’t sure where to leave a review, so did so here I enjoyed the course; tonnes of content and overall very useful approach to a turn-based game. Working through the course has provided a good reference project for later use, and I’ve already started working on a title (actually, reworking an older project… you know how it goes!) using some of the techniques learned here.
Out of interest, I switched engine early on as 1) I was having an issue with Unity and TextMeshPro (fixed: I had an older version in the cache that was preventing the creation of prefabs) and 2) I also like godot!
So this also shows that the techniques aren’t really tied to one specific engine. Hopefully others find this useful.
