These are the grass types that I make. Managed to make decent amount types of grass. But, is there anybody who knows why are the planes/box that surround the grass still visible?

Regarding the outline, did you remove white from any of these images? The outlines are a residual artifact from the background.
If you did not, I’m guessing one of the images of the blades you selected is faulty and has white on the border.
