I was going to post something, but saw that someone else actually knew what they were talking about. Or at least they did a good job pretending.

Have you ever come upon someone who does not know what they are talking about, yet present a series of arguments or bits of information that seem to connect (and maybe do to some extent) and will sound good to all but to an actual expert?
They are usually called politicians!
