when i add gpencil and start draw mode, my draw tool,line tool,polyline tool,curvr,arc,circle,box tool not working(i am not able to draw by this tool), only annotate line is working !please give me the solution! it is too irritating!

It is a horrid change in later versions. Apparently you need to turn on autokeyframing. Dot to the left of the animation play pause set.
Though on a personal pov you can ignore the entire grease pencil part of the section it serves no use or purpose to the making of the lamp and animation.
