Sometimes these problems occur only locally.
Did you try a different browser?
It is actually in the audiotrack of the video so not a technical glitch but something not edited out. As I am part of two review groups here on gamedev.tv I am in the habit to report problems with videos

I expect it is the same one previously reported it seems as it is not confusing to the students it has not been deemed worth the problems to edit out.

But reporting this to a public channel, will create a response from readers, like me as a moderator.
It is better to report “review” problems to the authors, content managers directly in a private chat.
I asked on Discord and was told to use the discussion tab on the video so I did - I was unaware that I should contact the authors directly.
