My Lizard is not spawning correct. The first one jump out and start walking the second one is right behind him. Then 2 or three are normal and then the same thing again. 2 Lizards always crash into each other.

This sounds as if the delay value is too low. Try to increase it. Bear in mind, if you exposed a variable in the Inspector, the value at the top of your code gets overridden by the Inspector.
