Getting a strange offset when aiming

So I am actually the beginning of creating my projectile. However, I didn’t notice until after I got turret movement going that I have this very strange offset for aiming. I have taken a few screenshots to show the discrepancy, and I am including a link to my repo. I have been going back over this section all afternoon and still cannot figure out where I messed it up.

Okay, thanks to someone from the Unreal Slackers discord. They helped point out that I had set my crosshair location to .05 instead of just .5
