It was really fun playing with the generated textures and see the different things you can create.

Generated textures are fun to play with but still need the look and effect to be considered. For me they are too strong visually and will distract from the chess pieces.

Yeah you right, I was just playing around trying different things and this is what I end up with, I will end up using the classic black and white because I like how it looks. Thanks for the feedback I’ll take that in mind when I need to use something like this for a final render
