Since we’re taught how to create programs and apps any way we can get a mobile app for these forums?

Not sure I understand your question. Are you saying you want a mobile app that will support three separate forums?
Yeah, I edited it not sure why I put three. Was just wondering why I cannot find a gamedev.tv app for the forums
Aha! Well there is one! 
The forum runs on software known as Discourse. If you search your relevant app store for “Discourse” you should find it. Then, to add the forum, you simply add its web address, in our case;

Also, if you happen to take any of the Blender courses and perhaps use Sketchfab, they use the same forum software as us, so you can add;
for that one and have that in the same app too.
