For the eyes you need to remesh again (smaller faces).
But work on the mouth, ears first.
Work from rough shape to details shape on all aspects of the head at the same time.
Will definitely do the next time. I was afraid of adding to much poly detail during my first go. I have never sculpted before this tutorial. Sculpting has always been one of the biggest no to the power of nope for me.
