How did you create that effect? It looks like a painting! It’s amazing!
Oh! I did not expect such reaction, was ready for critics - no shadow, sharp edges… I am in the section with hair particle and particle edit tools. For breast, tummy and back I used interpolated children and kink “braid”, for tail and wings - simple children with narrow radius and comb. That’s all )
I do agree that there’s problems with it, but @Yee is right, it really looks like a sort of painting, something you could expand upon and go further with.
What a creative way to use it. Think it looks great!
Looks like it got some fancy hair too. 
Only got one tip: Remember that you can smooth shade the eyes and beak (if that is what you are going for.) =)
