Fun fact! Blender logo is a right hand!

Noticed while doing Cmd + Tabs all the time.

From the logo: the smaller segment on the top is “your thumb”, the middle size segment is your pointer finger and the longest segment is a middle finger when using the right-hand coordinate system.

I think they need to better explain the left hand right hand coordinate system, I’m not understanding what this means… Is there an article that explains this concept or something?

It’s just a mnemonic to remember the axis directions. Z is up, X is left - right, and Y is in and out (middle finger).

Thank you, I figured it out…it’s a confusing concept to grasp at first.
