I tried to do more with this. I wanted to add some trim boards at the top and bottom of the walls, a square airduct, etc. but no matter what I did I couldn’t get the textures to correctly show on the objects, they were all stretched out and even when I scaled the faces or island in the UV map they just would not improve. I clearly have a lot to learn but not being able to figure this out after so many tries has me mentally exhausted and frustrated. Here’s my render of the corridor without the extra stuff that didn’t work. Also, couldn’t get the lighting to illuminate the door better.

Try to apply the scale to the objects!
Also it’s essential to have your coordinate (vectors) in order.
Show the material setup of the problem object.
