Fresnel and skin tone

I set up the node tree to include Fresnel and was happy that the node tree was almost the same as Mike’s. I also tried to do a nose job but I am still not happy with it.

Did a little more work on the bust. It now has a nose and better eyes, cheeks and lips. I really don’t know how I am going to tackle the ears. The are not easy to figure out.
