One simple way to fix it is to go “Edit > Preferences”, pick “External Tools” and “Regenerate project files” (you probably need to have “Registry packages” checked for that to work).
I am guessing, for whatever reason, just adding a new package does not trigger the regeneration but if you do enough of other things (like, apparently, creating a new script) it will eventually regenerate on its own.
