I use my extra folder for screenshots, notes, files from other programs like Photoshop etc.

Looks well organised.
When I get a new computer I really will try and start it our set up neatly organised for all the Blender stuff at least!

I tend to accumulate files more than necessary, if I don’t organize later I can’t find things XD

I mostly use numbers too.
Then you are able to group folders too.
Like
05 - Assets
10 - Scenes
15 - References
etc.
I use incrementations, if I add a new folder in between. No renumbering needed.
