I’m most satisfied with iteration.004, but experimented with some blocky floor types too.

Looks good, mixed sizes of rooms and just a few accessories so far. Mixed wall types working well.

It all depends on how you will use it.
Now you are looking at a birds-view, just to the layout of the building.
But walking through the rooms and corridors is a different experience. You should test that.
Put extra cameras at different person viewpoints to test composition, and details.
