When we are changing the scale to -1 the tile is flipping but when we convert it again to 1 it remains same.
Why this is happening and why even it is flipping because of -1??
We could change the rotation as we have done earlier with other sprites.

What do you mean by “it remains same”? When setting the scale to -1 or 1, the player should look in different directions. The player is flipping because the Unity programmers made it this way.
Regarding the rotation, did you test it?
