First render with cycles - "noise" issue

Hi. I’ve just made my first render with cycles of my project :grinning:, but I seem to have a big issue with the lightning. Someone had a similar issue :expressionless:, and was recommended using Denoising in “View Layer Properties”, and it fixed my issue with the rendered image, although in the Blender Layout view I still see the little light specs everywhere - is that normal for denoising to only work when actually rendering out your image?

P.S - Please dont mind the strange gaps in the stairs, I had a weird idea when starting it at the beginning of the course to manually add black “gaps” between the stair blocks, but it didnt work out.

Denoising is a post-processing function! It works after the render part (sample).
In other modes, a different or a symplified Cycles is used.
This is how Blender works.

You have the option to use Eevee, a fast render engine. But needs more tweaking to get a good result.
