Excuse me I need help, So in this video it said Open Terminal while mines said Open Integrated Terminal. Is there something I’m doing wrong
Integrated should probably mean the one in the editor eg https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/editor/integrated-terminal
I know, the OS terminal is integrated as well but into the OS 
But does my mines suppose too say Open Integrated Terminal though?
Oh I see, so your VSC menu says “open integrated terminal” instead of “open in terminal”?
It might be using the external terminal inside VSC with the video but I never tried it so don’t know. It won’t really matter for the most part.
You can switch from internal to external use with VSC if you want. It says how to with the link I posted above.
