I followed my inspiration looking at the picture of the pyramid, I saw it has lot of extruded borders, so i tried to replicate it
I started from a plane, extruding it to create a step, then creating another mesh of a cube to create the little step above it (if you pay attention every step is a bit extruded) and i joined both meshes into one, then i “duplicate link” 9 times, in Object Mode, setting each time a lower scale to X and Y, to create the inner steps, then in Edit Mode i selected the edges of a steps and created a slope.
At the end i created another mesh for the center of the structure, then removed the duplicate vertex from the meshes
Then created the other lement that link the base to the top, where people are supposed to walk over (didn’t added more details there because i suppose it would be a texture duty, maybe i’ll edit this in the future, going further with the tutorial)
