Finished orc/ogre

I am complete new to 3D animation but I have into 3d printing for years and I wanted to try and create my own 3D character to print. This course was excellent (10/10) and went above and beyond my expectations. I really didn’t deviate much from the course instruction but I am extremely happy with the results. I also 3D printed this bad boy and it looks amazing

Congratulations! A closer screenshot would be nice, but you’ve clearly done a fine job with the model, as 3D-printing is (as far as I know) the most demanding thing you can do with it in terms of how “clean” the model needs to be for success (no internal faces, duplicate vertices, and so on).

I’ve moved this topic to “Blender - Show,” where it will be a little more visible. “Talk” is more for random discussion related to the software.

Here are some cleaner pictures. The 3d print turned out good. I did I have some errors I had to go back and fix. I also needed to redo the belt and loin cloth to make them thicker. I will post a screen shot once I am done painting it.

Printed at a lower quality (0.2 mm). Paint job is not great, but still happy with it

Did well to print that on a filament printer, such figures are often done on resin ones, for the detail.

Very satisfying to know you did it all! Nice work.

Excellent work - it must feel nice to see this and know that you made it entirely from scratch. Not many people can say they’ve done something similar! ^v^
