It looks a great dragon and the environment is very good too, but the head, face, the centre of our attention, or should be, is in the dark. I think it needs some careful specific lighting so it can be seen more.
Huge difference, very visually appealing now. It is a good effect implying the fire breathing ability without any actually being used.
It is quite the improvement with more contrast and attention to the head! Very cool 
I imagine that this is like the dragon’s equivalent of a hot tub

Very nice looking Dragon you got there! Just one thing, the ground be looking pretty shiny which doesn’t
