I have just finished the advanced layout video 0f Blender Basics. It showed me how to draw the plus arrow to create a new Window. However it took me a while to figure out how to close a Window. Even after I watched the video again i was not able to figure it out. I had to search the Internet. As it turned out to close a Window, first it is better to buy a three button mouse for the Mac. Second you have to position the cursor until it turns to a plus sign and not the sliding arrows to close the window. Once you get the plus sign and you drag it to the collapsing side, you see a big, big grey arrow. Once you release, it closes the Window.
