Final sculpt is a bit over 1.7 million polys. I thought hiding parts of the mesh I wasn’t working on would help with the lag… nope.
I don’t think it looks too much like the guy in the picture (part of that could be just because the sculpt is bald) but I’m satisfied with the result. Might not be doing any sculpting in Blender in the future if possible though.

Looks amazing. You even captured the facial expression . Sculpting is fun. You will learn a lot with practice.
