Not like anything is really “final.” I feel that I could be tweaking for hours. Likely that would be moving a face out, then after making other adjustments, moving it right back where it was. I put the eye in similar to the video. Spent more time on the ears (which I hated) and got it to a respectable shape. I also spent time getting the philturm expressed properly. That is the dent or dimple between the nose and the top center of the mouth. To me, lips never quite look right without that.
