brrrr. horror …
The fur and head is great!
and the black and white version is the best, more 50-60 age of film.
Makes a fearsome beast of it. Good renders.
Thanks. I have a question Can you tell me how to make the fur look more realistic? Because it looks like a Plush Bear right now.
It’s hard, because of render times and physics.
But with combing
the hair particles, you can get some grip on the direction of the particle.
Use different hair definitions for different parts of the body.
and change hair styles accordingly.
But this is very hard to do. Because editing and rendering makes it slow.
Best is to practice on small projects, whiskers, eyebrows, beard etc. and grow on that knowledge.
Yeah, that makes sense. I don’t have RTX 30. I can only get better with these things. Thanks
The first thing would be combing the fur to the way it goes on the real animal. Getting the hairs themselves then to look better is endless tweaking the hair parameters. Trouble is hair or fur actually is complicated, often varying colour along the hair as well as in different places. Human hair is probably easier! One colour per strand. No fine underhair etc.
